On 14 April 2026, Almaty Theatre hosted a special event marking KazGASA's 45th anniversary. The celebration brought together government representatives, international partners, alumni and members of the professional community.

KazGASA has been awarded Developing Gate Member status by the Academic Integrity League, confirming its compliance with high standards of transparency, academic ethics and educational quality.

KazGASA is among the universities that have confirmed their compliance with international standards of educational quality under the QS Stars system. The four-star award is an important confirmation of the university's competitiveness at the international level.

According to the 2025 National Ranking of Educational Programmes conducted by the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, two KazGASA programmes ranked first in Kazakhstan and eight entered the national top 10. The ranking reflects the quality of professional training and the alignment of educational programmes with employer needs and labour-market requirements.

Almaty hosted the international BRAUIC 2025 forum, bringing together representatives of 91 universities from 39 countries. As Conference Chair and host of the forum, KazGASA became a hub for international dialogue on architecture, construction, sustainable development and digital technologies.
